Regenerative design revitalizes historic building

Phillips Exeter Academy

Phillips Hall stands out prominently among the stately, historic buildings on the PEA campus. ARC led a comprehensive revitalization of the 1932 building, providing five new classrooms in previously underutilized attic spaces, restoring the masonry exterior, replacing windows and roofing, and installing new technology systems, and comprehensively upgrading the building’s, mechanical systems, ADA compliance, infrastructure, and energy efficiency.
