Philip Laird and Alisa Nagano joined more than four hundred parents and grandparents in attending the evening festivities, beginning with a cocktail reception and building tours followed by a lively hour-long program showcasing GCDS students’ musical talents. Headmaster Adam Rohdie and guest Master of Ceremonies Kathie Lee Gifford made acknowledgements and presented performances by the Upper School Band, PRIDE Dance Company and Ninth Grade Chorus as well as a short video, demonstrating the various capabilities of their new arts performance and teaching spaces. The evening concluded with the entire audience singing the school song.
