I spent a lot of time skateboarding at the Oakland Museum. It was my playground. I learned a lot about architecture, landscape and space there - when I wasn’t being chased off by security.

With accolades accrued over more than two decades at award-winning firms like Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, Selldorf Architects, and Kevin Daly Architects, Victor brings a passion for working with people and an energetic design approach to each day at ARC. Working across the full spectrum of project types, he takes pride in helping clients translate their ambitions into spaces that foster well-being, a sense of community, and meaningful, engaging experiences. 

Victor is devoted to the craft of drawing, and in addition to his professional work, has been teaching for over 20 years at institutions like the New York Institute of Technology, USC, and the Yale School of Architecture. Using drawing as a tool to unwind or explore imaginative concepts, Victor’s daily drawing practice is emblematic of the creative spirit that endears him to clients and colleagues alike.

 

Fast Fact
A veteran of fine dining service who enjoys curating meals for special occasions, Victor is skilled at filleting whole fish tableside.
