Towns of Topsfield, Boxford, Middleton, MA / Masconomet Regional High/Middle School
353,000 (173,080 SF renov; 179,920 SF new)
With additions in 1958, 1968 and 1972, the existing structure found itself over capacity and undersupplied. Increasing teaching space by 50% within a more compact building footprint, the new High School and renovated Middle School allowed for the expansion of playing fields, parking and open space. ARC's innovative approach to phased construction enabled the school to remain occupied during construction.

"Last night was my Parents' Night- they absolutely love the building. They raved about it! I was very proud…The parents are very pleased and impressed…the kids really like it too. They think it is really a positive kind of environment for them. I guess you guys get an A!"
