Designed around the school's Wellness for Life Campaign, the Swann Center creates a new venue for competitive and recreational sports as well as cutting-edge dining commons, both designed to promote and instill healthy lifestyle choices for students. Providing ample space for ESD's athletic and fitness programs, the complex includes a variety of facilities that cater to the needs of not only student athletes but also the entire campus community. This holistic approach to wellness is further demonstrated by the innovative dining and foodservice amenities. A new kitchen serves as a "laboratory" for nutrition education for students, faculty and parents from licensed nutritionists and professional chefs.
