Master Plan

Noble & Greenough School, Dedham, MA

Completed: 1997 / Size: n/a

ARC developed a Master Plan to assist with the planning and site selection of two new buildings. The first building was an Arts Center which houses theater, music and fine arts activities. The second building was a 25,000 SF 48-bed dormitory separated into two distinct wings: one 24-bed wing for boys and another 24-bed wing for girls. The building also contains a central common room and 4 faculty apartments. Furthermore, the master plan identifies site options for future academic buildings to replace their existing library and to expand their science facilities, in addition to addressing options for reshaping the entry drive, approach to the campus, and the relocation/reorganization of parking.
