Beyond the Bin: How ARC Transforms Material Samples into New Possibilities

Ideas & Perspectives from

During the design and construction process, we at ARC review all sorts of material samples. Whether we’re comparing a variety of colors, investigating a product’s feel, or assessing its technical properties, evaluating physical samples is vital to producing well thought-out and beautiful spaces. But what becomes of these samples once they’ve served their purposes and are no longer needed? Some can be readily recycled through traditional routes. Others might end up in a landfill were it not for some clever reuse. In the spirit of earth day, we’ve compiled a selection of our re-purposed architectural and interiors samples.
