ARCHITECT, 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Ideal candidates will have exceptional design and detailing skills – from conceptual design through construction documentation – as well as technical experience putting buildings together. All applicants should be team players with strong communication and presentation skills. A professional architecture degree is required for all positions, registration and/or LEED accreditation is a plus. Revit experience is required.

ARCHITECT, 7-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Searching for an architect who has exceptional design, communication, coordination, and project management skills. Applicants must have experience in leading projects through the design and construction process with strong presentation, interpersonal and client skills. Previous experience with scientific research and/or academic facilities is preferred. Registration and Revit experience is required. LEED accreditation is preferred.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

ARC is searching for a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our firm. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, development, implementation and administration of the firm’s HR functions and overseeing general office management. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Benefits management, Employee relations, Performance management, Recruiting, on-boarding, and employee exits, Professional development, Compliance Policy management and administration, Processing bi-weekly payroll, Planning office events.

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, A/E/C industry experience preferred, In-depth understanding of all HR functional areas, Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to exercise discretion, creativity, initiative and independent judgment to solve complex problems, Ability to influence and develop collaborative relationships at all levels and across multiple functions, Excellent written and oral communications skills, Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality, Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software required, experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
