We are seeking a project Interior Designer to join our collaborative team. Candidates must have 5 - 7 years’ experience working in commercial and institutional interiors. Additionally, experience in FF&E and furniture systems, space planning, design development, technical detailing and material and finish specifications is essential. Strong presentation, interpersonal and client skills are a plus.

Successful candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in interior design as well as their NCIDQ certificate. Experience working in both Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the firm’s business development efforts. The Director of Business Development’s responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee all business development initiatives throughout the firm
  • Execute business development plan to acquire new business in all market sectors
  • Work independently and in conjunction with market sector leaders to develop external relationships for the firm
  • Track leads using CRM database system
  • Maintain knowledge of market sector trends and industry news
  • Manage client, consultant, and industry influencer contacts and interactions on a regular basis
  • Lead monthly internal BD market sector meetings
  • Regularly attend industry networking events and actively participate in related organizations
  • Encourage and mentor employees in business development at all levels
  • Identify opportunities for conferences/speaking engagements
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Department, developing qualification packages, and contributing to proposal and interview materials and strategy
  • Develop and maintain annual business development budget

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8-10 years of business development experience in the A/E/C industry with a measurable record of success. Candidates should have excellent written and communication skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Existing knowledge of ARC’s market sectors in greater New England is critical. Deltek Vision CRM and InDesign experience is preferred.


ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge is currently seeking a senior level Architect to lead our Science and Technology practice. As a member of the firm’s leadership team, this individual will serve a strategic role and be expected to contribute to the development of client relationships and project opportunities including participation at industry networking events and conferences. The successful candidate will use their strong management skills to collaborate with and develop our talented team of architects and designers within our Science and Technology group.

Position requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership, design and project management skills
  • A proven track record of attracting and retaining clients
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and client skills
  • Extensive experience programming, planning and designing academic and/or corporate science facilities
  • Registration and LEED accreditation
