Tracy Frederico

Tracy is responsible for the financial operations and administrative management of the firm, as well as execution of the firm’s business plan. With over two decades of experience working in the A/E/C industry, she helps balance the creative and practical aspects of the firm’s projects. Offering recommendations for best practices to increase efficiency and support to every project team, Tracy ensures our staff are equipped with the financial tools and information necessary to keep project budgets on track. Tracy co-chairs the BSA’s Finance & Operations Network, a roundtable of leaders from Boston architectural firms to discuss various policy and management issues.
