ARC was commissioned to develop a Master Plan for Phillips Exeter Academy Athletic Center, an independent school founded in 1781. The plan aimed to update the school's pool and squash courts to international standards and also accommodated future facilities including a 200 meter indoor track, indoor tennis, new wrestling and new fitness area and a new attached health and wellness center.
