Boston University, Cambridge, MA / DeWolfe Boathouse
Marking the starting line of the Head of the Charles Regatta – the world's largest two-day rowing event – the DeWolfe Boathouse is sited to present sweeping views of the BU campus with the Boston skyline in the background. The boathouse was designed to meet the future needs of a rowing program that produced a women’s National Championship the year of the groundbreaking. The structure houses five boat bays, a repair bay, land training facilities with ergometers and weight training rooms, 200 lockers, an expanded dock area, and support facilities including a team room and coaches office.
