Fenway High School Annual Career Fair

Jan Taylor and Peter Reiss participated in Fenway High School’s Annual Career Fair today. The event proved to be an incredibly rewarding experience for both students (approximately 150 participants) and professionals (approximately 100 volunteers). It is a unique opportunity for the students to meet with professionals from all types of industries to share experiences, practice their interviewing skills, discuss career fields, and prepare for the future. Participation in events like this also gives ARC valuable insight into what is important to today’s students, helping us to design better educational facilities that can help them achieve their long-term goals.
Jan Taylor commented, “Today’s career fair was a great opportunity to engage with the Fenway High School students as they begin to think about college and their future. A wide diversity of careers were represented. In addition to ARC, there were doctors, lawyers, teachers and executives from local industry. The students were inquisitive and seemed motivated to explore the opportunities that every profession has to offer. With any luck we’ll encourage a few budding architects!”
Thank you Fenway High School for inviting us to be a part of this wonderful event!
